Presentation at the American Chemical Society Fall 2022 Conference in Chicago

We submitted our research regarding the identification and quantitation of a relatively unknown compound (trimethylamine) in the aroma/flavor profiles of various coffee brands to the Fall 2022 National American Chemical Society (ACS) conference in Chicago. This conference was their first in-person conference back from the pandemic, and our work was accepted for an oral presentation.
