In February 2023, I presented my research regarding the quantitation and identification of trimethylamine in coffee samples at the American Society for Mass Spectrometry's Sanibel Conference lightning talk/poster session. Not only did I discuss our research on trimethylamine, but I also discussed the role of glycerophospholipids in the cell membrane as precursors to odor compounds.
