After being involved in NHS throughout my high school career, I was chosen to take on the financial responsibility of the organization by acting as treasurer. Through my school's NHS chapter, I have also participated in a variety of service opportunities, such as helping out with concessions and events for elementary/middle school students, food packaging, and finding ways to serve both our community. These opportunities to serve my school community have also helped me discover ways to serve my broader local community, such as through Habitat for Humanity and the GO Pantry Ambassador Council.
